Purchase & Preview Policies

Purchases:  Videos and DVDs may be purchased by health and educational professionals using the online National Health Video Order Form.  Individuals not affiliated with a professional organization or institution should contact us directly at (800) 543-6803 before placing orders.  Titles are shipped out via UPS and include insurance.  Purchased titles may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price.    The buyer is responsible for Shipping & Handling + return shipping costs.

Previews:  Health and educational professionals may preview up to 3 titles free for a 30 day period.  Individuals not affiliated with a professional organization or institution are not eligible for free previews.  Titles to be previewed are shipped out via UPS and include insurance.  Previewed titles must either be purchased or returned within 30 days.   The previewer will pay Shipping & Handling + return shipping costs upfront.
